VersolSolar’s Shipment to Vietnam Exceeded 200 MW in 2019

May 26^th, 2019, Versolsolar Hangzhou Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter as “VersolSolar”) celebrates its 10^th company anniversary and its historical milestone of its global accumulative installed capacity exceeding 10 GW. Besides, VersolSolar also submits outstanding performance reports in Tier 1 PV markets such as the United States and Japan, with accumulative shipments as 1,700 MW and 350 MW respectively. In the coming of the 2019 SNEC PV POWER EXPO, a sequence of good news came from Southeast Asian market that VersolSolar’s shipment to Vietnam exceeded 200 MW in 2019, which makes VersolSolar’s market share exceed 10% locally.

The 200 MW projects are allocated in four project sites, including LongAn, Phan Rang, PhanLam and VAN GIAO. Power China is the general EPC contractor of the four projects. The only project that remains unfinished is the one located at VAN GIAO, and all the four projects will complete the grid connection process before the end of June, 2019.

Chairman of VersolSolar Zhu Jianjing commented, “VersolSolar accumulated abundant experience and track record in Tier one PV market. The United States and Japan set very high threshold standards for trackers and mounting structures, and brought us huge challenge. But the experience of “conquering” the two Tier 1 markets gave us solid confidence to serve other marketplaces and clients. .The four projects we just completed in Vietnam have a total capacity of 200 MW. These four projects will effectively alleviate the contradiction of regional power supply and meet the demand for electricity. This is a major breakthrough in Vietnam's photovoltaic market and an important footnote to participate in the construction of "One Belt and One Road.”
